I have wrapped the cord around the bottom of the rail, and caught it on the nail again, as shown. I will now pull the cord under the rail and pull it back to the front rail, as seen in the next image.

In this image I have brought the cord back to the front to complete the first 4-cord section. To begin the next weave, I draw the cord over to the next nail, as shown above, and pull the cord under the rail, and over the top to the back rail, as seen in the next image.

In this image I have pulled the cord to the back rail, and am wrapping it around the second nail as shown. I will then pull it up and over the top again and go back to the front rail.
Back at the front rail, I am simply repeating the process of doing these 2-cord weaves, front to back. Note how each nail is caught by the cord on the front rail.

Again, showing the repetition of doing the 2-cord weaves, wrapping the cord around the nails on the back rail of the chair.

I have now reached the righthand side of the chair, and am wrapping the cord around the last nail on the back rail of the chair, to do the final front to back weave, which is a 4-cord wrap.
